Year-End Assessment-Workshop on the Implementation of TAD Programs, Activities and Projects (PAPs) for FY 2023, Work and Financial Planning Workshop for FY 2024

The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority, through the Technical Assistance Division (TAD), successfully conducted the Year-End Assessment-Workshop on the Implementation of TAD PAPs for FY 2023 and the Work and Financial Planning Workshop for FY 2024 at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), Tagaytay City, on December 11-12, 2023.

The two-day session brimmed with insightful discussions, presentations, and crucial updates. A focal point of this assessment was the presentation of accomplishment reports for each Program, Activity, and Project (PAPs) by Regional Offices. Moreover, relevant issues and concerns were thoughtfully addressed, accompanied by viable solutions.

Another significant aspect of the assessment centered around the discussion and presentation of Regional Offices' targets for 2024. These PAPs were meticulously broken down into targets for provinces, municipalities, and barangays. The comprehensive planning and strategizing undertaken during the workshop lay a strong foundation for the effective implementation of our programs in the coming year.

The engagement and active participation of all participants undoubtedly contributed to the success of this assessment. As we look forward to a productive and successful FY 2024, we remain steadfast in our dedication to the growth and development of the Philippine fiber industry.
