PhilFIDA joins 2023 DTI Philippines National Trade Fair (NTF)

The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA) enthusiastically took part in the 5-day National Trade Fair held at the Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall, on August 23 to 27, 2023. The primary goal of the agency’s participation was to showcase an array of fibercraft products and materials, meticulously crafted from natural fibers like abaca, cotton, piña, silk, tikog, raffia and buntal.

This event, which hosted a diverse gathering of 250 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from 16 distinct regions in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, focused on showcasing the country's finest non-food products while emphasizing the concept of sustainability.
