Mr. ULYSSES J. LUSTRIA, JR., Planning Officer V of the Department of Agriculture (DA) has just been designated by DA Senior Undersecretary Domingo F. Panganiban sa Officer-in-Charge, Deputy Executive Director of the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA).

This goes in concurrent capacity with his regular functions, duties, and responsibilities as Director of the Special Area for Agricultural Development - National Program Management Office (Dir., SAAD-NPMO) of the Department.
