Tiu Laurel Jr. for sustainable and competitive agricultural practices, a significant collaboration meeting took place in Calamba, Laguna between the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA) and Ananas Anam Philippines. Key officials, including ED Ali Atienza, OIC of the Technical Assistance Division, Manolito Apalla, and Chuck Lazaro, Managing Director of Ananas Anam Philippines, discussed strategies to strengthen collaboration in fiber crop development and textile innovation. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to working together in advancing the Philippine fiber industry, particularly in enhancing textile production through sustainable and innovative means, promoting sustainable, eco-friendly, and biodegradable fiber production.
