The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), led by Executive Director Arnold “Ali” I. Atienza with Special Assistant for the Technical Assistance Division on Programs, Projects, and Activities (PAPs) Mr. Manolito F. Apalla, conducted an official visit to Regional Office VIII under the supervision of OIC-Regional Director Joseph S. Salas to reinforce operational alignment and strengthen coordination with field personnel.
The visit assessed ongoing programs and discussed key priorities to further boost fiber industry development in Eastern Visayas. Meaningful dialogues were held with regional staff to address current challenges, enhance service delivery, and ensure that national directives are effectively implemented at the local level.
PhilFIDA remains committed to empowering its regional offices and sustaining strong collaboration to advance the growth, resilience, and competitiveness of the Philippine fiber industry.
