The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA) is currently holding its 7th Management Review from November 23–27, 2025 in Cebu City. The event gathers PhilFIDA’s key leaders—including Executive Director Arnold “Ali” I. Atienza, OIC-Deputy Executive Director Ramil B. Barcelona, Regional Directors, Division Chiefs, and Section Heads to evaluate the agency’s performance and overall progress for the year.
Throughout the week, participants are reviewing accomplishments, assessing resource adequacy, identifying operational gaps, and refining strategies to further enhance PhilFIDA’s services for fiber-growing communities nationwide. In his keynote message, Executive Director Ali Atienza emphasized the importance of shared learning, continuous improvement, and innovation to ensure that programs remain responsive, effective, and aligned with the needs of the fiber sector.
This 7th Management Review reaffirms PhilFIDA’s commitment to uplifting the lives and livelihood of Filipino fiber farmers. By strengthening collaboration, improving systems, and realigning priorities, the agency continues to push for a more competitive, resilient, and inclusive natural fiber industry.
